The New York International Gift Fair
The New York International Gift Fair kicks off today, an important annual event filled with new products and opportunities for doing retail business, enabling businesses to stay on the leading edge of retailing, and connect with industry leaders and new participants.
The Fair comprises 650,000 square feet, encompassing the entire Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, several of the Passenger Ship Terminal Piers, and the Metropolitan Pavilion.
Each year, over 43,000 national and international particapants representing the gift and home furnishing or homewares industries go to new York to get inspired. Visitors include mass merchants, department stores, independent specialty retailers, distributors, importers, catalog companies and e-tailers.
